What are the costs for Ayurveda Therapies/RMT?
Please contact our clinic for more information as the costs depend on case to case basis.
Do you do Direct Billing to Insurance companies?
No, clients are responsible for submitting their insurance claims. Clients will pay Ayurheal Ayurveda the full amount for their respective health care services. Ayurheal Ayurveda is not responsible for any prescriptions, claim rejections, claim denials, claim pending status, doctor's notes, or any other insurance company requirements, that is solely for the insured to deal with. Treatment receipts will be issued and sent via email (if required) to clients upon receipt of payment. We do not issue duplicate reciepts. We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
What should I wear for my treatments?
For Ayurveda Therapy/RMT Appointments:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the injured body part to be easily examined.
How long will the treatment lasts?
For Ayurveda Therapy/RMT Appointments:
Please allow up to 60-90 minutes for your first appointment. Subsequent treatments can vary in length based on the treatment regimen needed.
Do you have a parking space?
Yes, we do have a ample of visitor’s parking space at the premises..
Do you have a cancellation policy/no-show policy?
Yes, we do have a cancellation and no-show policy. We require 24 hours' advance notification to cancel or change any single service appointment and 48 hours for multiple service appointments. If the required notification is not provided, or the client does not show up for their appointment, then we will charge full service fee as the cancellation/no-show charge.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
Please ensure that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment to fill up all medical documents required for the services. If you are late and appointment needs to be shortened then it will be shortened but you will still be charged for the full treatment.
